NEW Pk of 24 GLOW IN THE DARK Rubber Bands CRAZY BASEBALL (OR SOFTBALL) This instant

I rated the product 3 stars mostly because they are suppose to Glow in the Dark. From the beginning the brown colored ones never glowed in the dark and after about 2 weeks none of them Glowed in the Dark even after exposure to light for an extended period of time(more than an hour under the lights). As a silly band, the product is fine but obviously not as advertized.
